I love the pattern Gaptastic by Jen Geigley.  It’s a long, bulky infinity scarf knit in moss stitch which makes it super squishy.  Each season I knit so many of them, it’s almost a joke in the shop.  It’s probably more of a joke than I even know, but everyone is always super supportive when I once again am on the the hunt for the perfect ‘Gaptastic’ yarn.  This season we got in Lana Gatto’s Canton, which is a soft, multicoloured bulky yarn in a wool/acrylic blend.  The colours are so fun and the price is really affordable.  I love the very slight twist of shiny mixed with the soft unspun wool.  Using three balls of Canton, I can make a very generous Gaptastic for under $30.  This last one will be a perfect Christmas gift for my mom.
